Faber Ria is a freehold condo in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. It is nearby Old Klang Road, Bangsar South, and Seputeh. 

Completed in 1985 by Faber Group, it is a mixture of 19 to 22-storey high-rise blocks and 3 to 5-storey walk-up blocks. There are 402 units in this condo.

There are only 3 high-rise blocks and they’re numbered and named:

• Block 2 (Rembia)
• Block 4 (Tanjung)
• Block 6 (Cermai)

Closest to the guardhouse is block 2, then block 4 and block 6. 

In block 4, there are 4 units per floor. In block 6, there are 6 units per floor. 

Unit sizes range from 500 to 1400 sqft with 1 to 3 bedroom units. The 2-bedroom plus 2-bathroom units come in built-up sizes of 950 square feet to 1,050 square feet. Then the 3 to 4 bedrooms plus 3 bathroom units come in sizes ranging from 1,380 square feet to 1,600 square feet.
