DESA PARKCITY SERIES: The Westside II Review

The Westside Two is a freehold high-rise condominium located in the picturesque vicinity of Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur. It is opposite the West Park and second in the series of Westside condos in Desa ParkCity. 

Master Plan and Layouts

Completed in April 2015 (2 years after The Westside One), the Westside Two is a 41-storey single block condo with 338 units of residential condo units on 1.73 hectares of freehold land. Each floor has 9 units, and there are 4 lifts in the tower. The built-up spaces range from 1,389 sf to 1,777 sf with 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms.

The overall floor plan is such that it is a semi-d and bungalow concept. There’s privacy with 2 units side-by-side with all the types, except for Type A3a as it’s a standalone unit (bungalow concept).

The facilities are separate from the residential block of the development. They are above the elevated multi-storey car park.
