I’m Ian Fan — a licensed real estate agent (REN17446) based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. 

I started IpropFans because I kept getting the same question from buyers: “Ian, which area should I actually live in?” Most property portals show you listings. None of them tell you what it’s genuinely like to live in SS2 versus SS15, or why Puchong Prima feels completely different from Puchong Perdana on a daily basis. 

So I built IpropFans to be both: a place to search for properties across KL and Selangor, and a genuine guide to the neighbourhoods behind them — with honest reviews, video walkthroughs, and real market data from someone who works and lives in Klang Valley every day.
