Step 1: Visit MPKJ Website
First, head to the Official Portal of the Kajang Municipal Council at https://www.mpkj.gov.my/en. Once you’re on the homepage, click the “e-Tax” under Online Applications.
In the Tax Assessment page, click eTaxation.
Step 2: Check Taksiran (Semakan Taksiran)
You can check your cukai taksiran by keying in either the Taksiran Account Number (No. Akaun Taksiran), or your registered NRIC number (No. MyKad).
Then click the green button titled “Cetak & Muat turn Bil Taksiran”. Then, if you don’t have an account, you can register an account with MPKJ.
Step 3: Account Page
In your account page, click e-Taksiran under the “Laman Utama” tab.
Then under the list of taxes (Senarai Cukai) under the Ringkasan Taksiran tab, click the blue button – Semak & Tambah Akaun.
Then again, key in your NRIC (No. Kad Pengenalan) or account number (No. Akaun). Then click “Semak & Tambah”
Step 4: Payment
When your cukai taksiran information is displayed, click the money icon under the “Tindakan” column.
In the cart page, you’ll see:
- Tax payer’s information (Maklumat Pembayar Cukai)
- Property information and payment (Maklumat Harta dan Pembayaran)
- Payment history (Sejarah Pembayaran)
Click “Bayar” below.
Step 5: Receive your payment receipt
After your payment has been processed, you will receive a payment receipt and don’t forget to save the receipt. Make sure to keep this receipt as proof of your payment.
