Step 1: Visit MPAJ website
First, head to the https://icomm.mpaj.gov.my/. Once you’re on the homepage, click the “Daftar Sekarang” to register for an account.
Step 2: Taksiran Account
You will be brought to your account. Click “Taksiran” at the left side-bar. Then, click the “+Tambah Akaun” button on the right and then add the account number (Number akaun).
After you’ve keyed in the account number, you’ll be shown the no. akaun, nama, alamat harta, jumlah, and bil/penyata. Then you can click “Bayar” on the right.
Step 3: Payment
You will then be directed to the Pembayaran page, where you can make payment via FPX or credit/debit card with VISA or Mastercard.
Step 4: Save your payment receipt
After your payment has been processed, you will receive a payment receipt and don’t forget to save the receipt. Make sure to keep this receipt as proof of your payment.
