Prima Sixteen or also known as Prima 16 Condominium, is a freehold condominium in Section 16, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is nearby Section 17 and Bandar Utama in Petaling Jaya, and Damansara Heights, Bangsar, and TTDI in Kuala Lumpur.
There are 2 phases of Prima 16 along Jalan 16/18. In this review, we’ll be reviewing Prima 16 – Phase 1, which is located closer to Jalan 16/15, the main road.
Prima 16 was developed and completed in 1995 by Glomac Bhd and it sits on freehold land. It is a low density development of 360 units spread over 2 blocks. Each block stands 18-storeys tall. There are 172 units in one block and the remaining 188 units in the second block. There are about 8 units per floor.
There are 2 sides and views from Prima 16. Units either face North direction with views of bungalows in Section 16 and the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club, or face South direction with views of the facilities, Section 16, and Section 13.
