Paying your Cukai Tanah at the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian (PTG) Selangor online is a convenient and easy way to settle your tax obligations. In this tutorial, I will guide you through the steps required to make your payment online.

Step 1: Visit the PORTAL eHasil website
First, head to the PORTAL eHasil at https://ehasil.selangor.gov.my/. Once you’re on the homepage, click the “Buat Pembayaran Sekarang”.
Step 2: Check your tax (Semakan Cukai)
You will be brought to the next page where you can search for the cukai tanah. You can key in the account number “melalui no. akaun” or do the cukai tanah search (Melalui Perincian Hakmilik) by filling in the relevant information like the:
- Daerah
- Mukim / Bandar / Pekan
- Jenis Hakmilik
- No. Hakmilik
Once you keyed in either the account number or the relevant information for the cukai tanah, click “Cari” to search.
Step 3: Double-check informations
You will then be directed to the next page which is the property ownership information (butiran hakmilik), owner’s information (butiran pemilik), and tax amount payable (perihal cukai). Double-check them:
Step 4: Payment
In the same page, click “Teruskan ke Pembayaran” (Continue to Payment). In the next page, the Cart page (Hakmilik di dalam bakul), double-check the cukai amount you need to pay. Then, you can pay via FPX or credit/debit card.
Step 5: Receive your payment receipt
After your payment has been processed, you will receive a payment receipt and don’t forget to save the receipt. Make sure to keep this receipt as proof of your payment.
