Cora Plus is a new residence in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. From Damansara Jaya, it is very convenient to nearby neighbourhoods such as SS23 Taman, SS24 Taman Megah, Damansara Utama, Bandar Utama, and SS2.

Old place, New space
Cora Plus is located at the end of Jalan Jenjarum in SS23 Taman Sea. It sits on leasehold land and is a fairly new development as it was completed in 2019. Cora Plus is also a low-density residence with 46 units spread across 5 levels. There are 10 units per floor. There is also 2 storey of car park area below the building.
Cora Plus comes with 7 different layouts from type A, type A2, type B, type B2, type C, type D and type D2 ranging from 1065 square-feet to 1729 square-feet. Generally, the layout comes in 2+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or 2+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The development is structured such that the smaller sized units are on one side and the larger sized units are on the other side.
